This book highlights the issues of personality and behavioral adjustment among secondary school students. Personality among secondary students is low. There is a significant relationship between personality and behavioral adjustment. The demographic variables such as gender, type of school, type of management, locality of the school, level of teaching affect the personality and behavioral adjustment. Personality is the integrated organization of all the pervasive characteristics of an individual as it manifests itself in focal distinctiveness to others. The personalities of the individuals are molded by the experiences provided in the family, school and society. As there is a positive relationship between the personality and behavioral adjustment, the person possessing positive personality traits, always develops the behavioral adjustment thus emerging successful in the field of education.
