The need of research is to know the organizational structure of college libraries in Aurangabad city the staff pattern, inter personal relation and to investigate the managerial and other problems of personnel. It also intends to know the job satisfaction among the librarian working in these colleges.The specific objectives of the present study are To assess the human resource base in the academic libraries i.e. manpower requirement, job description etc. To assess and evaluate the opportunities available to library personnel for their career growth & development.
