Personnel selection usually is done by a group of decision makers as a result of the evaluation of candidates by various criteria and subjective judgments. Placing the right personnel to the right job depends on the selection according to objective criteria. The personnel selection problems are included in the multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) problems because large number of the criteria effects on the decisions and number of the candidates are more than one. Fuzzy decision making methods are useful in cases where there is uncertainty because the criteria and the weights can be evaluated by linguistic variables. Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP), fuzzy TOPSIS (FTOPSIS) and fuzzy Electre (FELECTRE) are fuzzy multi-criteria decision making methods which are used to solve the uncertainty of the decision makers' decision. In this book, FAHP, FTOPSIS and FELECTRE are applied to the personnel selection. There are six basic criteria for selecting the best candidate among the five applicants. These criteria are: biography, education, experience, foreign language, personality and references. Through these methods five applicant were ranked from good to worst in terms of values.
