Kuvandikov A. R. a étudié la philologie anglaise à la faculté de l'université d'État des langues étrangères d'Ouzbékistan de 2005 à 2009. De 2010 à 2014, il a travaillé à l'hôtel Hovli Poyon de Boukhara en tant que réceptionniste. De 2016 à 2020, il a travaillé comme directeur de l'hôtel Ziyobaxsh de Boukhara. 2020-2022, il a obtenu un master dans le domaine du tourisme à Buksu.
