Germán Vera is a Doctor of Laws from the Catholic University of Peru. Diplomat and Professor of Public International Law. He has written books, chapters, and articles about International Law, Latin American policy and Peruvian foreign policy. He has worked as a Diplomat for his country in the United States, Europe and Central America.
