High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! Peter Kenneth Frampton (born in Beckenham, England, April 22, 1950) is a British musician, singer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist. He was previously associated with the bands Humble Pie and The Herd, among others. In 1982 Frampton tried unsuccessfully to split his ties with A&M Records; however, he re-signed with the label in 2006 and released his Grammy Award-winning Fingerprints. He is considered by the Cincinnati Enquirer as the "The Face of 1968".
