Autorenporträt
J. M. Barrie was a Scottish novelist and playwright. He is especially famous for having created the character of Peter Pan, based on his friends, the Llewellyn-Davies boys. Second of 10 brothers, Baie received his education from The Glasgow Academy and the University of Edinburgh. He worked as a journalist in Nottingham, later in London after which is when he began his career as novelist and playwright.
