The present investigation was conducted at Horticultural Research Farm, Anand Agricultural University, Anand during spring and summer season in the year 2011 to study the individual effect of 11 treatments i.e. GA3 (10, 15, 25 mg/l), NAA (20, 30, 40 mg/l), 2,4-D (20, 30, 40 mg/l) and with water spray and without water spray on yield, quality and reduction of fruit drop in mango fruits cv. Mallika. Thus 33 trees were taken in this investigation. Two spraying were done at full bloom stage and pea stage of the mango tree. Among all the treatments for securing minimum fruit drop at pea, marble and mature stage (55.54%,81.82%,91.97%) the treatment NAA 20 mg/l perform best. Among all the treatments in yield attributing characters increased under treatment T3 (GA3 25 mg/l) while, maximum number of fruits per tree and maximum fruit yield per tree was recorded with treatment NAA 20 mg/l (T4). In case of Quality attributing characters were increase while under treatment T3 (GA3 25 mg/l) at2nd, 5th, 8th and 11th days of storage respectively.
