Principal of Geethanjali College of Pharmacy, In 1987, a B.Pharmacy degree was awarded from the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. In 1990, the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Andhra University in Waltair, Vishakapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, was awarded an M.Pharmacy (Pharmaceutical Biotechnology) degree. In 2005, he received his Ph.D. from JNTU Hyderabad. He obtained his PDF in 2008 from Eminent Services Corporation, Fredrick, Maryland, USA. He has a repertoire of experience working in various capacities in the Indian states of Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Telangana, as well as Saudi Arabia, Libya, and other countries. He is a passionate pharmacy teacher who did his early seven years of teaching in the state of Tamil Nadu. Since 1997, he has been working in Telangana state, which was then the state of united Andhra Pradesh. He has a rich 33 years of teaching experience. He has 42 international and 50 national research publications in different Scopus and UGC-approved journals and 1 patent entitled "Herbal Composition in Tea Bag for Treating Skin Illness". He authored well-received textbooks with the titles "Pharmaceutical Microbiology: A Comprehensive Approach" and "Pharmaceutical Biotechnology" and also coauthored a book chapter in Recent Advances in Pharmaceutical Sciences with the title "Formulation and Evaluation of Aprimilast Gel Loaded Transdermal Delivery System". He isolated 3 new yeast strains, Issatchenkia Orientails MTCC-6351, Candida Pseudointermedia MTCC-6225, and Candida Pseudointermedia MTCC-6352, which were stored in the culture bank at IMTECH Chandigarh. In San Diego, California State, USA, he participated in the international conference "Bio US 2008," a Biotechnology Convention. 3 research scholars have been awarded PhDs under his supervision, and he is currently supervising 6 research scholars for their doctoral degrees at various universities like JNTUH, Lovely Professional University, SRM University, etc. He guided a large number of graduate and postgraduate students with their dissertations. He is a prominent supervisor, guest lecturer, and examiner in various universities. He contributes to IPA and APTI as a life member.
