This study is a review of pharmacokinetic aspect of drug in particular, absorption, distribution and metabolism. Absorption is movement of drug from the site of administration into blood . It means the drug molecules cross the cell membrane twice i.e. drug should have balance of hydrophobic and hydrophilic character.
