The objective of the present work is to evaluate the anti-inflammatory and hypoglycemic activity and to study the toxicity of the aqueous extract of the essential oils of the aerial part of Rosmarinus officinalis. The yield of essential oils of Rosemary obtained by hydrodistillation is equal to 1.47%. Dr. Rahmani Soraya, born on March 11, 1972 in Algiers, I received my doctorate in Biological Sciences from the University SiDI bEL Abbés. Currently, I am a lecturer at the University Hassiba Ben Bouali, Chlef, Algeria. I have participated in a wide range of international conferences through my research work, I also published several books.
