The objective of the present work is to evaluate the anti-inflammatory and hypoglycemic activity and to study the toxicity of the aqueous extract of the essential oils of the aerial part of Rosmarinus officinalis. The yield of essential oils of Rosemary obtained by hydrodistillation is equal to 1.47%. Currently, I am a lecturer at the University Hassiba Ben Bouali, Chlef, Algeria.
