The objective of the present work is to evaluate the anti-inflammatory and hypoglycemic activity and to study the toxicity of the aqueous extract of the essential oils of the aerial part of Rosmarinus officinalis. The yield of essential oils of Rosemary obtained by hydrodistillation is equal to 1.47%. Moreover, the pharmacological examinations on the aqueous extract of the plant revealed that the latter has very important pharmaceutical effects (anti-inflammatory and hypoglycemic effect).Finally the preliminary study of toxicity, according to the oral voice, showed that the leaves of Rosmarinus Officinalis are not toxic.D
