The study settled on the most effective antimicrobial and most appropriate drug combination of bronchodilator for its management. COPD is the 3rd leading disease worldwide causing chronic morbidity and mortality and also the leading disease for hospital admission. Yet, COPD remain under diagnosed and untreated. One reason for this may be that many physician still believe that there are no effective treatment for COPD, and for which the patient is wholly blamed since one of the foremost cause of this is cigarette smoking, along with other pollutant which the patient get exposed in outdoor conditions and indoor conditions.
