Total of 32 wine samples including 16 white and 16 red wines before bottling (all wines from the 2009 vintage) were analysed, to determine their total phenolics contents, total antioxidant activity/capacity and individual phenolic compounds, and associate the concentration levels of these compounds with the geographical origin of wine. Badamtsetseg Soyollkham has been working as a senior researcher and head of department at the Drug research Institute since 2010. Completed her graduate studies with a PhD from the Tomas Bata University (Czech Republic) in 2010 and undergraduate studies at the National University of Mongolia with a MSc and BSc in Biochemistry in 2003 and 2005.
