The main centre of genetic diversity of the genus Passiflora is in tropical America, and Brazil has an immense variety of wild native species. The knowledge of the phenological and morphogronomic characteristics of these species is important for the development of their commercial potential. Therefore, in this study, the objective was to analyze phenological aspects of three wild passion fruit species and the morpho-geographical and molecular characteristics of progenies of Passiflora maliformis L.
