Philosophical Bases of Education is the first book of its kind dealing with philosophy of education with the African perspective usually not covered by western authors. This is done to help the reader link philosophies of education worldwide, especially the African philosophical image usually unknown to the rest of the world. It is a text for students who are training to become professional teachers as well as philosophy of education lecturers in higher institutions of learning.
