African Development and the proclivity of enhancing Africa Potentials have been manacled by socio-economic menace and political desperation exhibited by African leaders. African People are still faced with the evils of neocolonialism and imperialism in the 21st Century. The negative implication is that African continent is characterized by underdevelopment. The objective of this book is, to rediscover and redefine the African people from the shackles of dependence, dehumanization, balkanization, and bastardization of African concern of development. The methodology adopted in this work is historical, analytical, pragmatic and hermeneutical; it actually explores the meanings of Africa Freedom, and then ensuring the ideological underpinnings of the dynamics of African development.
