JGL Moiba, PhD (UK) former professor of Peace and Conflict Studies at Cuttington University and Associate Vice president (Deputy Vice Chancellor) for research. Joseph Gaima Lukulay Moiba have published extensively. He supervises and examined PhD thesis in Management Studies. He is well known in Norway and Sierra Leone, where he currently serves.
