Autorenporträt
Denis Fisette is professor in the department of Philosophy at the Université du Québec à Montréal. Two of his main research fields are the history of Austrian and German philosophy in the late nineteenth and early twentieth century and contemporary philosophy of mind. He has published extensively on the philosophy of Brentano and his successors, and namely on Carl Stumpf and Husserl's phenomenology. Riccardo Martinelli, Ph. D. (1995) is Professor of History of Philosophy at the University of Trieste, Italy. He has published several essays on the School of Brentano and on Carl Stumpf, whose writings he also translated into italian.
