Philosophy of law operates not only with the concepts of human rights and freedoms, but also with the concepts of morality, ethics, justice, and conscience, and constantly balances abstract concepts with the sensual perception of these concepts. The notion of justice, the most important concept in the philosophy of law, is distinguished as true justice, and as judicial justice. Partial or complete connection of them is possible only through the religious response of every man about the meaning of his own life.
