François-Winner OMBA Kalonda, nacido el 18 de junio de 1976 en Lubefu en la provincia de Sankuru en la República Democrática del Congo, es estudiante de doctorado en filosofía de la ciencia en la Universidad de Kinshasa, Facultad de Letras y Ciencias Humanas, Departamento de Filosofía e investigador en CELTA-ESU/Kinshasa.
