Formation : faculté de technologie, MISIS ; faculté de pédagogie et de psychologie, Institut pédagogique d'État de Moscou V.I. Lénine ; faculté d'assurance, NIFI ; faculté de droit, université d'État de Moscou Lomonossov ; faculté de philosophie et de théologie, Église orthodoxe russe Saint-Jean le Théologien. Il est titulaire d'un doctorat en droit et d'un doctorat en théologie.
