Autorenporträt
Residing from a small country town just outside the northern peninsulas of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, Justin Mark Bauer grew up as what could be described as the perfect archetype of the 'nice guy'. A naturally introverted and observant person, his desire to see the best in both himself, others and life, would always become consumed within a cycle of rejection, loneliness, unsureness, overthinking and eventually, guilt. Years after graduating university in a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, his need to constantly analyses, reflect and improve on past events/experiences, eventually resulted in the conception and completion of what up until now, is his 'life's work'. A guide for those who are, once like he was, struggling to uncover the answers that will ultimately set them free. He deeply hopes this manuscript provides each reader, no matter their age, gender, creed or cultural background, a sense of salvation, freedom, belonging, calm and most of all, hope. His interests extending far beyond the field of writing, J.M.B further instils his deep passion of self-improvement and introspection. These include, but are not limited to; poetry, exercise/fitness, video-games, photography, cinema, the occasional session of light sightseeing, the martial arts, and of course...cricket.
