Florence Tsai is a business strategist with broad industry expertise. She advises Chairmen and CEOs in the Americas and Asia, with a focus on the world's leading family companies. Co-author of Family Office Compass (Zurich: UBS Great Wealth/CIFE 2016), Florence has designed and delivered education programs held at the Harvard Law School. She speaks at the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting of the New Champions in China. A pianist from the age of three, Florence studied under Master Teacher Dorothy Hwang at the Colburn School in Los Angeles. She holds an A.B. in Economics from Harvard College, an M.P.A from Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School. Florence Tsai is Founder and Managing Director of the Center for Enterprising Families that incorporates disruptive technology and long term thinking to spark innovation and achieve sustainable industry transformations. She lives with her family in Newton, Massachusetts.
