Chapter 7 summarizes the whole work in the book and also outlines the scope of future work.

The author is working as an Assistant Professor in National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM), India since 2012. She has completed her doctoral work from School of Chemistry, University of Hyderabad in 2009. She did her postdoctoral research in Jadavpur University (India)and Stellenbosch University (South Africa)
