The volumes result from the 10th International Photosynthesis Congress, which was held in Montpellier, France, in August 1995 and brought together over 1400 scientists from all over the world. These volumes provide a detailed presentation of all aspects of photosynthesis, from the most primary events, which deal with advanced photophysics, to global changes, which belong to environmental sciences.
