I am a mother of three, a grandmother and a wife who just happens to enjoy writing about my life with my wonderful dog. My boy is more than just a dog; he aids me in my everyday life, which allows me to continue my job. I work in the educational field and love the work that I do, but in order to do it safely I need a service dog. In the book we call him Phydo, which is what the students I work with call him. I started this series while going through cancer treatments and facing adversity in going into places with my fully professionally trained service dog. Some of his adventures might talk about how to react around a service dog, to maybe mention how he helps me. Other adventures might just show the fun that we have together, and how, because of Phydo, I am able to do so safely. I also would love to share how amazing my illustrator is. Mrs. Cobb is truly a gift to our lives.
