The human being is designed in a precise way to be able to regulate all the changes that occur throughout our life, that is why one of the main processes in late stages of our life is aging, where all the changes that the older adult receives are the result of physiological changes that are accompanied with age; physical exercise, although it does not prevent the changes, slows down its appearance, decreases its progression and its impact on health; all this affects the quality and lifestyle of the elderly person.
