Ailisha "Ally" McCrory was born and raised in Glendive, Montana, and she moved to Texas in 2007. She is married to Cody and has three teenage daughters, Skylar, Kendal, and Davyn. In 2015, Ally opened Pav Yoga in Weatherford, Texas, and it has grown into a busy hub where Christian yoga students can attend classes without having fear about doing yoga for their bodies. She is a part of the women's ministry and prayer team at her church, and her husband is the associate pastor of Neon Life in Weatherford. They are both yoga instructors and lovers of Jesus Christ.
