In turn, CKD is characterized by the gradual loss of kidney function over time and constitutes a major public health problem due to high rates of prevalence and/or death, which causes a negative impact on quality of life. Currently there are several scientific evidences that indicate improvements for this public through regular exercise practice, thus, the importance of adding knowledge to academics and health professionals who are interested in knowing the benefits generated to the health of these patients, as well as in their training to conduct training programs aimed at promoting quality of life bringing autonomyand well-being is of paramount importance.
