The purpose of this monograph is to reveal the essence of a new direction in modern fundamental economic science - physical macroeconomics for the realization a new models for Earth preserving. Physical macroeconomics investigates a principles of commensurability of biophysical and monetary assessment on the path to forming a new local climate policy.This monograph proposes a physical-economic paradigm for forming a sustainable development economy, which, unlike existing ones, consider the natural sources of the initial enrichment cycle in the economy. This provides a basis for the methodological changes in value theory and the construction of a qualitatively new model of monetary economy to address climate policy issues.
