Thomas A. Cappaert PhD, ATC has received degrees from the University of Charleston, Marshall University and the University of Toledo. Dr. Cappaert is currently an Associate Professor at Central Michigan University and has authored the National Athletic Trainers' Association Position Statement on Environmental Cold Injury.
