Nel 1994, si è laureato all'Università Statale di Termez con una laurea in Biologia e Fondamenti di Agricoltura. Dal 2000 insegna al Dipartimento di Zoologia dell'Università Statale di Termez. A. Bekmuradov è autore di oltre 60 pubblicazioni scientifiche, tra cui 1 monografia (coautore), 2 manuali e 1 brochure.
