In practice, to utilize plant in the waste treatment, the plant must be maintained to stay alive and the plant species are non-human and animal consumption. Studies were mainly used high concentrations of organic matter containing wastewater and waterhyacinth. Nevertheless, the principles of methodology and results can be applied to other aquatic plants. Quality classification of organic matter containing materials provided a tool for treatment and monitoring strategies. Leaf performance could be an indicator for wastewater quality, leading to provide novel parameters for evapotranspiration-mediated wastewater. This book adapted research papers and presented to sanitary engineers and other professionals, governments, politicians and other non-government organizations as well as public communities. It is also addressed to students who are preparing for professional careers in wastewater treatment engineering.
