Autorenporträt
Eleanor Turino is a retired School Library Teacher. After graduating from Brooklyn College, she began her educational career as a reading and social studies teacher for fifth and sixth grade students in Ocean Hill-Brownsville, Brooklyn. Eleanor was a children's librarian at a public library for several years. She later spent twenty years as an elementary school librarian. Children's literature was an integral and beloved part of her curriculum. These experiences led to the creation of this book. This is her first foray into publishing. Enjoy Pick Me!
