Covid has generated psychological affectations derived from isolation and fear in the populations of the world, to determine the effectiveness of a therapeutic intervention in 7 and 8 year old school children with anxiety disorder, post isolation due to suspicion of covid infection, from December 2020 to March 2021 a multiple case study was conducted in the Calixto Sanchez school, Santo Domingo Municipality, of the 125 children, 8 were selected and diagnosed with pathological anxiety disorder through manifestations of anxiety indicators in the drawing and the child anxiety questionnaire. After diagnosis and evaluation, a psychotherapeutic intervention was designed and implemented using Pictotherapy. The intervention was of great therapeutic value, which was manifested in: improvement of symptoms and signs and in the significant indicators for anxiety in the drawing, in those cases where there was regression in some areas, clinical improvement in the initial symptomatology was observed.
