Autorenporträt
Ioannis Mavromichalis holds degrees from MSc (Kansas State University, swine nutrition) and PhD (University of Illinois, monogastric nutrition). He is a worldwide active expert in the area of applied animal nutrition. Since 2008, he owns the consulting firm Ariston Nutrition. He consults with major pig, poultry, dairy, feed, and additives producers in Americas, Europe, and Asia.
