Produktbeschreibung
This work is the result of the collection within the editorial offices of the province of staff in terms of gender. It is not an in-depth study, but was intended to demonstrate the gap that exists in our editorial staff between men and women and the unfair distribution of tasks and responsibilities. Indeed, this monitoring of the place of women within the editorial staff of the province of North Kivu is the first to be developed in this part of the DR Congo. We hope that a series of studies aimed at gender balance in the media in the province, by taking stock of the issue in the media, will follow. The ideal for us is to carry out an in-depth study including the elements of all the departments as well as an analysis of the contents. But unfortunately this was not possible due to lack of financial means to do so. We hope to be able to achieve it in the near future.
