Dr. K. Kamatchi obtained his Ph.D degree from GRI, Gandhigram. He is currently serving as Manager¿Design, Monitoring and Evaluation in World Vision India. Dr.L.Raja, is currently working as Professor and Head, Department of Lifelong Learning and Extension, Gandhigram Rural Institute-Deemed University (GRI), Gandhigram-624302 Tamilnadu, India.
