The authors obtained their Doctorate from the University of Allahabad, India, and are actively engaged in teaching and research since ten years. Dr Pandey is a Plant Taxonomist & Ethnobotanist and Dr Chauhan is Food Technologist & Physiologist associated to the University of Allahabad. They are also running Blue Planet Society, Allahabad, India.
