Innovative study in Plant-Bioscience and Biotechnology keeps an important role in applied biological Science. With view to this significance fruits, vegetable and ornamental plants bioresources were used for this study. Innovative technologies related to Plant Physiology and Biotechnology are developed using gibberellic acid, AOA, NAA, Aluminium sulphate ABA, CPPU, CCC and others growth regulator (auxin, kinetin) and growth inhibitors. Application of different tissue culture biotechnology for fruits and Vegetables using different growth regulators like BAP, NAA, IAA. IBA is discussed. T-DNA and transgenic plant mechanism, DNA and RNA isolation, DNA transformation and cloning from fruits are mentioned. Innovative Xylem-phloem transport stress is an applied technology in Plant Biotechnology resulting fruit and flower enlargement, higher induction, sugar content, , antioxidant and longevity of flower and early maturity of fruits. Drip, swabbing and injection methods in trunk and stem, flower and ovary of hormone application are innovative and environmental friendly technology instead of hazadous spray method for hybrid fruit, vegetable and flower production having attractive color.
