Il professor Jean-Paul Ngbolua Koto-te-Nyiwa ha conseguito un dottorato in scienze biologiche presso l'Università di Kinshasa (Repubblica Democratica del Congo) e l'Institut Malgache de Recherches Appliquées (IMRA, Madagascar). È rettore dell'Università di Gbado-Lite (Provincia del Nord-Ubangi).
