Er-Ping Li is a Principal Scientist and Director of Nanophotonics and Electronics at the Institute of High Performance Computing, A*STAR, Singapore, and is also Professor in Radio Frequency and Nanoelectronics at Zhejiang University, China. He is a Fellow of the IEEE and of the Electromagnetics Academy, USA.
