Professor Biao Cheng is the Chairman of Department of Burn & Plastic surgery, General Hospital of Southern Theater Command, PLA, Guangzhou China. Professor Xiaobing Fu is an Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE, Division of Medicine and Health), International Academicians of National Academy of Engineering (NAE) of USA and Franch Academy of Medicine. He is the specialist in trauma and tissue repair and regenerative medicine.  Now he is working in the PLA General Hospital and PLA Medical College, Beijing, China.
