mater in a variety of ways. This work takes a
closer look at how former student-athletes at the
University of North Carolina financially contributed
to university and departmental fundraising efforts,
and to athletics specifically, and why they give in

Ryan Jones is an athletics fundraiser, with a Bachelor''s of
Science from the University of South Carolina and a Master''s of
Arts from the University of North Carolina. He is a member of
the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics
(NACDA). Jones is a native of Hendersonville, North Carolina.
