The purpose of this work is to contribute to a reflection on the practice of writing in the school field; to promote the application of play activities as a support for writing production in the FLE classroom; to verify if writing production is worked on through play activities in the FLE classroom in public schools in Macapá; to contribute to a theoretical reflection in the field of written production and play activities; to analyze and interpret the representations of students and teachers regarding written production and play activities: Finally, to propose playful activities that allow students to write in a practical, creative and enjoyable way. It is shown, by means of some work suggestions, that playful activities as a strategy of writing production are effective supports to lead the learner towards a real autonomy in his learning process.
