Ashley Mangrum currently lives in northeastern Georgia. She taught kindergarten for seven years, which inspired her to start writing. She wanted a book she would enjoy reading to her class... so she wrote one!She has been obsessed with dogs since she was a little girl and left teaching to work at a vet's office, which continued her love and interest in man's best friend. She owns two spirited French Bulldogs, Freckles and Booger.
