Charlie Lowthian Rickert is a high school graduate, avid gamer, sneaker collector and gender-equity educator. Winner of the Joan Gullen Community Service Award at eight years of age, and a Femmy Award at age ten, Charlie was chosen as the youngest grand marshal of Ottawa Capital Pride for their efforts to educate about gender diversity in children. Today, Charlie continues to host workshops to foster inclusive classrooms and spaces, focusing on suicide prevention and youth mental health.
