The project deals with the design of an automatic pressing machine for different press works with an advantage of pneumatic power. The controller used is Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). First of all the pneumatic arm will pick one part of the assembly from one conveyor and place it on the other. Then the other arm will place second part on the same component placed on indexing table .Then the parts will move towards the pneumatic press, where they will be press fitted together and moved towards the last arm which will pick and place it in to the basket. This process has wide application area in industries like pressing of the ball bearing kits together and many more.
