The fifteen stories in this collection revolve around a helpless populace. Lost somewhere between fleeting fleeting terrors of a disorienting childhood and the claustrophobic epochs of anxiety which follow. Their little worlds carry the intimacy of a shared heartbreak, lingering like the tremors of a bad dream. A lonely looking glass held to the isolation and disquiet of the modern individual, PLEASE DON'T LEAVE ME is a vision of hell both banal and uniquely macabre.
