The purpose of the book is to provide an overview of sports journalism in the Stadium programme, the main product of TV Brasil, a Brazilian public broadcaster which, because it is public, must follow certain principles and objectives such as pluralism of voices and expressions, diversity of sources, opinions, race, gender, culture and formats, as well as working with the idea of information in the public interest, whose main objective is to promote citizenship, as well as viewer interaction and participation in audiovisual narratives.
